Nikki Williams along with her husband Dwayne Williams Sr., shared a vision for a tranquil, loving, professional and upscale salon. Hence the name D'Niques which is a fusion of both their first names. They are humbly gracious to have opened D'Niques Hair Resort over 15 years ago. They are also the proud parents of two boys, and are certain that having a salon that represents the spirit of love and family is essential to their success. The cornerstone of Nikki's long successful career is understanding that healthy and beautiful hair is a vital part of a healthy and beautiful life. For over 35 years she has been blessed with wonderful clients. These relationships have not only made her a better stylist but also a better person.
